We facilitate the connection between customers and our Partners to provide towing services. However, we do not perform towing services directly.

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the availability, timeliness, or quality of the services provided by our Partners.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ATL Towing Bros., LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services;
• Damages resulting from actions or omissions of our Partners;
• Losses due to delays, service interruptions, or inability to access the Services.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Partner Responsibilities

Our Partners are independent contractors, and we are not responsible for their actions, conduct, or negligence. While we vet our Partners, we do not control their operations or guarantee their performance.
